I was far more concerned with the fact that the government merely has a right "to discuss the Marketing Activities" when we are essentially financing said marketing. If we are going to be giving millions of dollars to Diageo for marketing purposes, shouldn't the government have proportional decision-making power over said marketing? Excellent post.
